Join a Committee of Volunteers to Lead a School Event

We're looking for a committee of volunteers to help plan various events throughout the school year.  Each event takes a group of volunteers to make it a success.  Below is a list of events that we need volunteers to lend a hand.  The more volunteers we have the lighter work for all.  Volunteering is a great way to give back to the school community.  Please sign up below and a member of the PTO will reach out to you when that event chairs beginning the planning process.  Thank you for your interest!

Staff Luncheon and Dinners
A committee of volunteers is needed to help plan and coordinate food, supplies, and decorations for each staff luncheon and dinner.

STEAM Night
Volunteers needed to be on a committee to help plan, organize, and execute STEAM Night on April 2nd. This fun-filled evening to celebrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math in a carnival-like atmosphere filled with games, puzzles, and activities focused on STEAM.

School Dance
Volunteers needed to be on a committee to help plan, provide a DJ, decorate, host refreshments, food, and activities. The school dance is on April 25th.

Staff Appreciation Week
Volunteers needed to plan a amazing week to honor our Aviator Staff the week of May 5th-9th. The committee members would set a theme, decorate the staff lounge, organize food, refreshments, and gifts throughout the week.
